The Maison du Panettone was created in 2010 in Geneva to offer and promote two products of artisanal quality and excellence of Italian gastronomy: the Panettone & Pandoro.

Quality Panettones

The Panettone (which represents and symbolises Christmas) was born in Milan and quickly conquered all of Italy. The Panettone is also well known abroad, it inspires Italian know-how and offers a unique dessert during the holiday season.

Panettones are prepared with natural ingredients of superior quality in the respect of tradition. The choice of raw materials, craftsmanship and authenticity are necessary to produce panettone of excellence.

For several years we have chosen to work with artisanal Panettone producers, who guarantee the superior quality mentioned above.

The Flamigni house, founded in 1930, is committed to respecting traditional know-how, as well as the Muzzi house (master pastry chef since 1795), who bring exceptional quality, professionalism and creativity.

All Panettone and Pandoro are hand wrapped in beautiful paper with different colours and patterns.

Ingredients

All ingredients are of high quality and absolutely natural. The first is the yeast culture, it remains the only lifting agent. Flours, have a high protein content, ideal for long natural lifts. Butter, like all high quality butters, is produced by separating the cream from the milk by centrifugation. The eggs, laid in Italian farms, are used for their yellow. The candied fruits come from Italy None of them is subjected to sulfur dioxide and they are all confit by osmosis (twelve days of stay in tank). Corinthian grapes arrive from Turkey or Australia. Non-traditional versions of this yeast are prepared with round and sweet Langhe hazelnuts for glazed panettone, extra melting chocolate and many other varieties of candied and semi-candied fruits of the highest quality. The pastry cream used for the stuffing is made with fresh eggs from Italian farms while the panettone coating is made exclusively with high quality pure chocolate.
